Kinetic Die casting
is seeking a responsible and experienced full time or part time administrative office
assistant with computer skills in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Internet and E-mail. Qualified candidates should
be well organized and able to handle multiple projects. The right person will utilize excellent communication
and computer skills with a positive attitude. We are looking for a reliable, honest and detail oriented person for
this opportunity. Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday (32 hours per week)

This is a position with growth opportunity. Compensation will
begin at $11 to $13 per hour, or more based on office and accounting experience.
Job Skills and Job Qualifications:
Prior office experience required.
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, and Quickbooks.
Ability to work independently.
Effectively set and accomplish goals.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong decision-making abilities with good follow through.
Must be a self-starter and team player.
Punctual and reliable.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
College degree is a plus.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Answer the phones in an efficient and professional manner.
Direct callers to the appropriate person.
Take messages completely and clearly.
Purchase supplies from approved vendors.
Keep detailed records of supplies purchases.
Contact customers with their order status.
Contact customers for payment status.
Communicate with payroll service regarding employee hours.
Work with new company employees to create new employee file.
Input data in Microsoft Excel.
Accept and send packages and communicate with outside vendors.
Sort and distribute mail, faxes and packages.
Maintaining client database.
Entering data and bills in Quickbooks.
Filing and maintaining bills.
Responsible for keeping office area neat and clean at all
times.
