Bilingual outbound call center representative positions may be available with a call center that is into selling of a product or service, service reminder business, or recovery/ collections business. The various bilingual outbound call center openings include positions like outbound sales campaign manager, sales executive – outbound, outbound call center manager, and recovery manager. Typical responsibilities for a bilingual outbound call center representative include making outbound calls to customers, informing customers about the products and services being offered by the company, helping the customer choose an option, meeting and exceeding monthly projected targets, and meeting a specific number of outbound calls per day. A bilingual outbound call center executive typically reports to a call center manager.
A bilingual outbound call center executive should have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree. Prior experience in an outbound call center environment is an asset.
