Description
SeniorBridge is hiring an experienced Homecare Scheduling Coordinator.
SeniorBridge is Humana's wholly-owned home care business acquired in 2012. We provide concierge care management, private duty nursing, and personal care assistance services to seniors.
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the day to day paraprofessional scheduling and general office functions of the branch. This position can be Work-at-Home most of the time. Occasional shifts in the office may be required once the Richmond branch office re-opens.
Responsibilities
The Homecare Branch Office Scheduling Coordinator is the face of SeniorBridge for anyone calling into the office. This professional will field client and employee calls and respond or redirect as needed. Responsibilities include:
Ensures that requests for homecare service are filled promptly , and scheduled into computer in a timely manner
Ensures that homecare schedules are complete and accurate in computer
Reviews Santrax records daily to ensure that all staff are at clients as scheduled. Follows up immediately on any discrepancies.
Reviews all scheduled homecare daily in preparation for payroll, and billing approvals by manager
Reports any client or staff issues to supervisor promptly
May participate in administrative on call backed up by professional staff for client/family issues
Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
Required Qualifications
1 years of Home Care scheduling experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build quick rapport and provide concierge level of customer service over the phone.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Working knowledge of computers, or a demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn new systems
Ability to perform multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Experience providing customer-service in a warm and empathetic manner

Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
3 years of Home Care Scheduling experience
Experience with ClearCare scheduling platform
Bilingual: English/Spanish
