Production Framing, Inc.
is a multi-family and residential rough carpentry company.
With a General Contractor s license in California and a Carpentry license in Nevada.
They currently operate in the Bay Area of San Francisco, Sacramento Valley and the Central Valley of California.
Production Framing, Inc. completed just over 1800 units in 2020 and projected to start over 2500 units in 2022.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The
Construction Manager
is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day to day and the long term process of all Production Framings clients. This position will have about 250 direct and indirect reports working for them at any given time covering all aspects of the building process. The ideal candidate will bring a team first mentality to the organization and its employees, while getting the job done in an expedited and safe manner.
Job Requirements:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee job site, framing construction, and field workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
Ensures that all work is performed in accordance with approved guidelines and procedures.
Guarantees that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.
Provides technical support to Project Manager.
Develops and maintains project cost/change controls and project budget.
Coordinates and monitors schedule updates with Area Supervisors.
Evaluate team performance by setting goals, reviewing results, giving commendation and suggesting improvements.
Set standard workflow development processes, document the procedures and train Area Supervisors, Foremen and field workers to follow these. Encourage all to report back any inefficiencies or ideas for improvement.
Reviews weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on the status and progress of the contracts; including project costs and potential changes.
Reports the status of projects to the Director of Operations and President.
Attends weekly meetings with Area Supervisors and Foremen.
Follow and enforce all California OSHA regulations and tool manufacture safety procedures.
Work with the Safety Manager to ensure all safety codes and practices are communicated and enforced.
Background Requirements
10 years of progressive construction experience in a management role.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience managing regional construction sites
Extensive responsibility managing all aspects of job site framing construction including budget and product cost.
Experience dealing with OSHA and OSHA compliance.
