ABOUT US:
We are US based company specializing in E-commerce and Amazon FBA. We are in a high growth stage and are looking for an experienced product sourcer & negotiator to help expand our businesses. We are looking for someone who can grow with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• PRODUCT SOURCING: You must be able to contact, follow up, get quotes from potential suppliers on all major Chinese sourcing platforms (Alibaba, 1688 etc.) as well as off-platform factories.
• NEGOTIATION: Must know how to negotiate to get the best price possible (such as local rate for Chinese companies)
• REPORTING: You must be able to summarize all the quotes/different specifications and input them in a comparison form (Google Sheets) provided by us and organized all the related pictures and catalog in Google Drive.
• AMAZON: Prior experience with product researching on Amazon and familiarity with Amazon-related/dropshipping software is a plus.
PRODUCTS: You will need to source multiple products at a time. For our existing products, we need you to cross-check to see if you can get an even cheaper price from our supplier or elsewhere. For new products, you will need to source for the best supplier option according to our spec.
SKILLS:
• Chinese
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Existing product sourcing experience & factory network is a plus
• Multi-tasking – can handle multiple products to source at the same time.
• Ability to think outside the box in order to source products
• Thorough, analytical and can synthesize information quickly
• Attention to details
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Project has potential to be a monthly ongoing opportunity. Please bid based on 4 sourcing projects: Each project includes quotation, customization, sample, negotiation and payment agreement.
