Responsibilities can include but aren't limited to:
Serves as a resource for technical questions, applications and problem solving
Evaluates, Plans, Coordinates and Manages Home-Care-Aides to ensure client's and company's best interest
Ensures that client and employee records are complete and current
Insures client and employee safety, assesses possible risks, and constantly works on its prevention
Makes home visits, as necessary, to provide hands-on training and assistance
Maintains professional, friendly, courteous, caring relationship and atmosphere with all staff members
Works in a team to assure accomplishment of the company's goal
Job Requirements
Experience in home care setting is preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Willing to fill in for caregivers if necessary
Excellent communication skills in English
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a must
Effective leadership skills and ability to delegate
Basic computer skills and office experience is preferred
