Your Role as a Bilingual Hospitality Operations Coordinator:
Visit hotel clients based on operational needs
Carry out client activities/requests as assigned by manager
Build positive relationships with Team Members
Support safety initiatives
Assist with the coordination of the flow of candidates throughout the recruitment process (offer, pre-hire, onboarding, etc.)
Assist branch with onboarding and training
Contribute to various administrative tasks, as assigned by manager
Ensure appropriate operational administrative functions meet company standards
Deliver support to the daily workflow of the office: copying, scanning, uploading, calling, storing information, etc.
Support the branch recruiting strategy
Support system maintenance
Requirements
What We Are Looking for in the Bilingual Hospitality Operations Coordinator
1 year of hotel supervisor or inspector experience required (preferably housekeeping)
Excellent computer skills with the willingness and ability to learn new technology
Great organizational skills and detail oriented
Fulfill daily assignments without extensive supervision
Extraordinary customer service skills
Hotel (preferably hotel housekeeping) or staffing experience preferred
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
