On-Call Scheduling Coordinator - Homecare

Description
SeniorBridge is hiring remote, Part-Time Scheduling Coordinators to cover On-Call hours.
On-Call hours include Mon-Fri from 5pm to 8:30am and Saturday, and Sunday from 8:30am to 8:30am.
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the day to day paraprofessional scheduling and general office functions of the Branch. Dependent on the size of the Branch, the Scheduling Coordinator may be responsible for all or part of the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Provides after-hours call coverage for the home care branch, providing concierge-level customer service to callers.
Ensures that requests for homecare service are filled promptly, and scheduled into the computer in a timely manner.
Ensures that schedules are complete and accurate in the computer.
Reviews Santrax records daily to ensure that all staff are at the clients as scheduled. Follows up immediately on any discrepancies.
Reviews all schedules daily in preparation of payroll, and billing approvals by Manager.
Reports any client or staff issues to supervisor promptly.
Participate in administrative on-call back up by staff for scheduling needs
Maintain on-call logs

Required Qualifications
At least one years of Healthcare Scheduling, staffing and/or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build rapport over the phone quickly and calmly problem solve for clients or staff.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of computers, or a demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn new systems.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

High School Diploma
Bilingual English/Spanish
More than 1 year of Home Care Scheduling experience
