Description

The Enrollment Representative 3 processes applications from members, enrolls them on company platforms, and transmits enrollment to Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The Enrollment Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

The Enrollment Representative 3

Reviews reports and makes adjustments, additions, and deletions based on enrollment rules

Manages and reports daily inventory

Decisions are typically focused on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects.

Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and

Works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.

Hours will be Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

$1000 Sign-On Bonus ($300 upon hire, balance at completion of contract)

Position will be Limited Term contract of 6 months

Required Qualification

Must reside in Puerto Rico

Bilingual English/Spanish with ability pass a language assessment

1 - 3 years of technical experience

2 years of data entry experience

Must be detail oriented and focused

Basic proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or Cable modem for a home office (Satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); recommended speed is 10Mx1M

A dedicated home office space, with a locked door, lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information

Preferred Qualification

Previous accounts receivable or billing experience and/or education

Prior insurance industry experience

Knowledge of Medicare enrollment guidelines

Experience completing audits for data entry accuracy

Additional Information

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster (preferred) or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
