The Bilingual Senior Compliance Professional - Agent Investigations Unit (AIU) ensures compliance with governmental requirements, specifically those governing the sale of Humana plans. The AIU Senior Compliance Professional works assignments involving moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Bilingual AIU Senior Compliance Professional investigates allegations of non-compliance during the sale of a Humana plan to prospective members and serves as a subject matter expert to provide guidance and oversight of other associates. Research issues and recommends changes that assure compliance with contract obligations and regulations and to improve efficiency and quality. May manage inventory, resources, and quality monitoring for a small team of associates or a specific process. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

3 or more years of technical experience (e.g., Healthcare sales background . compliance, investigations, legal, risk management)

Knowledgeable in regulations governing the healthcare industry

Strong communications skills with the ability to influence effectively

Inquisitive nature with ability to analyze data and metrics

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Bi-lingual in English/Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate degree

Experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or healthcare investigations

Project management and process improvement experience
