Join an active, supportive team and make a difference in people’s lives!  Come and be part of our Woonsocket Family Shelter Team!  A Bilingual Shelter Case Manager is needed to deliver case management services to assigned Spanish speaking clients within the shelter programs.  The purpose is to assist families in stabilizing their situations and maintaining a successful transition to independent and self-sufficient living by providing competent services in their language.  The case manager will be expected to connect families to resources in the community, coordinate services, provide interpretive services for the shelter and families, establish and maintain service plans that guide involvement in the program, and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.  This position will also teach life skills, conduct room inspections, prepare rooms for new residents, and other duties as assigned.  Attending agency, team and community meetings as assigned.  This individual must have the ability to work independently and also within a team. 

Education and Licensing Requirements

:  Bachelor's Degree preferred but human services experience required.  Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
