Description
The Senior Clinic Emerging Markets Trainer creates and implements processes and programs to ensure the staff and facilities in emerging markets are fully prepared for successful operations. The Senior Clinic Emerging Markets Operations Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Vaccine Policy:

The Senior Clinic Emerging Markets Trainer (Merger & Acquisition) Role Overview:
Collaborates concurrently with real estate, construction, training, human resources, clinical staff and finance
Secures needed resources, and establishes/verifies key performance indicators to ensure readiness
Leads the transition to ongoing operational processes
Begins to influence department's strategy
Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction
Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
This is an Merger & Acquisition Tiger Team role that will support training for the acquisitions between Conviva and CenterWell markets
The role supports Physicians, Center Administrators, Medical Assistants, Front Office, HIMs and Referrals
This role reports to a Lead in the Training/Tiger Team organization
The role will train associates from onboarding to their role base training and will also support them after training as needed
This role will be approximately 75% travel across the country where acquisitions occur
Required Qualifications:
Primary care clinic setting with value based care experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Associates/Bachelor's degree (MA, LPN, LVN, RN, BSN or clinical related) and 4 years of technical experience, or equivalent
Solid understanding of clinical operations: training, compliance, policy & procedures medical care delivery, managed care financial arrangements and reimbursement
Ability to collaborate with multiple market leaders, and interact with clinical staff, physicians and market leadership.
Exceptional, organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication and presentation skills
Creative, articulate professional who can help introduce, develop and promote new business ideas and processes into center operations
Experience handling escalated issues
Self-Starter, works well without direction & can lead own work
Commitment to making a difference through, innovative thought & strategic thinking to identify, structure and solve business problems
Microsoft Office proficiency - Word, Power Point, Access and Excel
Ability to travel across the market assigned- 75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
eClinicalWorks experience preferred
Training experience in a clinic setting
Process Improvement Professional Working hours:
Scheduled 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM* (May be required to fly out on a Sunday for Monday hours and/or home on a Friday evening)
Nationwide travel 75%
