Description
The Consumer Engagement Professional 2 oversees the enrollment, education, engagement, and activation duties for client groups regardless of segment, and for product where warranted. The Consumer Engagement Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
The Consumer Engagement Professional 2 contributes to business strategy by understanding Go365 benefit offerings to ensure participation and engagement in the wellness program, identifying member education opportunities to drive maximum utilization of available resources, and directing clients on the use of available resources. You will work directly with members to drive wellness engagement while creating and delivering presentations, and executing strategic Go365 account plans. You will manage the enrollment of both new and renewal products, and support the sales organization in customer relations management. You will also facilitate enrollment meetings and oversee the day-to-day resolution of employer and broker issues.
Identify and define strategies to engage employer group members through their wellness and Humana Go365 journey to directly impact member and business outcomes
Help 2-99 and 100 employer group members navigate health and wellness opportunities
Influence member engagement and active participation (syncing fitness devices to Go365 App, biometric screenings, flu shot fairs, health assessments etc.)
Receive, document and own to resolution member inquiries by using established best practices including reaching out to other areas for coordination of resolution
Actively engage in Humana's culture of wellness
Act as a wellness subject matter expert- deeply understand and leverage customer data, insights and performance into engagement strategies
Will support the Louisiana and Mississippi markets in their overall goals established for wellness
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Effective communication and presentation skills
Personal accountability for work and productivity
Health and Life license or in process of pursuing (completion within 90 days of hire)
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
Ability to travel - 50% local and 10% overnight.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to meet deadlines; work with minimum supervision
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Work At Home (WAH) - Temporary Due to COVID-19 emergency. Please note this permanent position allows you to work at home indefinitely until further notice. See additional information in section below.
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required. A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or comparable experience and background
Prior customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
Previous experience in sales
Prior experience in wellness or related field
Bilingual English/Spanish
Additional information
Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Must be flexible to meet client's needs including early morning, evening and occasional weekend work (Potentially 2 or 3 times/year)
Training : If licensed with insurance experience, 6 months. If not licensed, up to 12 months.
Work Location (Address): This permanent job is working from Home temporary due to Covid 19 emergency. This position will deploy to the following location at a future date : One Galleria Blvd, Suite 1200, Metairie, LA 70001
Preferred candidate to reside in the New Orleans with overnight travel to Shreveport, Jackson and other locations
