Responsibilities
Looking for a candidate to join our Team as a receptionist who has experience working in a medical office and with managed care. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, able to multi-task, and be very organized. English speaking candidate with the ability to fluently speak Spanish as well is desired. If you possess these skills and are interested, we look forward to speaking with you.
Job Functions:
Welcomes patients and visitors
Comforts and assists patients, answering patients' questions
Maintains the reception area
Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies
Appointment scheduling
Verification of insurances
Collecting patient charges
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Six months to one year of relevant experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
