Responsibilities
Conviva is seeking a candidate to join our Team as a Receptionist who has experience working in a medical office and with managed care. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, able to multi-task, and be very organized. If you possess these skills and are interested, we look forward to speaking with you.
Job Functions
Welcomes patients and visitors
Comforts and assists patients, answering patients' questions
Maintains the reception area
Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies
Appointment scheduling
Verification of insurances
Collecting patient charges
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Working hours : Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
