Besides that, we should choose good English course, usually the good course have an accreditation from the government, usually from Education Ministry. Bilingual job is not easy. We should have good English language skills apart from mother tongue. If we are wrong when we choose the employee, it is a loss to the company. Therefore we have to be very careful when we are short listing bilingual candidates.
